faq
I’ve never done pole before—will I be okay?
Absolutely. Classes are designed with beginners in mind, and everything is taught step by step. You’ll be supported the entire time.

What if I’m nervous or feel out of place?
That’s completely normal. This space is intentionally welcoming and judgment-free. Most people walk in feeling unsure and leave feeling more confident than they expected.

What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Shorts and a tank or sports bra are helpful for grip, but you can start with what you have and adjust as you go.

Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. Flexibility develops over time—just like strength.

What if I’m not strong enough?
You don’t need strength to start. Strength is something you build through practice, and every class is designed to support that.

Will I be sharing a pole?
Depending on class size, you may share a pole. This also allows for rest time between attempts, which is important for your body.

What if I can’t do a move?
That’s part of the process. You’ll always be offered modifications and alternatives so you can keep progressing without pressure.

How long does it take to see progress?
Everyone’s journey is different, but most people start noticing changes in strength, confidence, and body awareness within a few sessions.

Can I take photos or videos during class?
You’re welcome to capture your progress, as long as it respects the comfort and consent of others in the space.
