Schedule Your Consultation
After receiving an inquiry via email or contact form, I reach out for a phone consultation to discuss your ideas and how we can make your vision come to life.
Sign The Booking Proposal
Once you review your booking proposal and are satisfied with your selections, you will be able to sign a contract and book your session.

Pay Your Investment
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

Receive Your Access
After you are booked, I will email you your username and password to access your client portal.

faq
What should I expect?
My portrait sessions are natural and relaxed. We will start with smiling shots and then capture some candid moments. In-studio and out-of-town locations are an additional fee.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your session. This will give you time to park, walk, and get yourself/your family ready. Contact me 48 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule your session.

When will I receive my images?
You can expect to receive your images 2 weeks from the day of your session. You will be able to access the online gallery, download your favorites, and purchase additional images for $50 each in the client portal. You will have 60 days of access to the online gallery for downloading your files. Commercial licensing of images is an additional fee.
Do you offer mini sessions?
In fairness to my other clients, I try to keep my pricing and packages consistent for everyone. I offer specials seasonally on a very limited basis.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes! I strongly recommend that you print through my online lab or use a professional printing lab for the best quality. Print credit is applied at checkout. Print release rights are included; you have permission to post and print your images. Don't forget to tag @miyakostudios on social media!
