Miyako Studios is a creative photography/dance studio offering portrait, lifestyle, branding, and artistic photography services in addition to pole classes. Booking Requests

Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation.
Additional services, products, travel fees, or commercial licensing may incur additional charges.
Payments
Payment schedules are outlined within each booking agreement.
Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session fees reserve your date, planning time, and preparation and are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated when possible based on availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new session fee.
Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be determined collaboratively.
Creative Direction
Clients choose Miyako Studios for its artistic style and creative approach.
While every effort is made to accommodate requested poses, ideas, and inspiration, final artistic decisions—including composition, lighting, editing style, and image selection—remain at the discretion of Miyako Studios.
Copyright & Image Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Miyako Studios retains the copyright to all photographs.

Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased images.

Images may not be altered, sold, entered into contests, or used commercially without written permission.

Branding and commercial sessions include licensing as specified in the individual client agreement.
